    1 Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Learners in this Specialization developed practical engineering skills to ship, serve, and maintain machine learning models in production environments. They built automated ML training pipelines using GitHub Actions, served models as REST APIs with FastAPI, and implemented CI/CD workflows with automated testing using Docker. Learners evaluated and deployed models across major cloud platforms including AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, and GCP Vertex AI, understanding cost trade-offs and build-vs-buy decisions. The program culminated in advanced containerization and model serving — where learners built Dockerized multi-model APIs with versioning, A/B testing, batch and real-time inference patterns, and prediction latency optimization using ONNX serialization.
